After the purchase, please make sure to check your spam or junk folder — your payment receipt and voucher code have been sent by email.

Within the next 48 hours after your purchase, you will receive a second email with a pre-filled voucher containing your details that you can print if you want.

⚠️ Important: You will need to manually copy the code from the first email into the pre-filled voucher. This ensures the recipient can use it correctly.

We recommend printing both the first email (with the code) and the completed voucher for the best experience.

Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
