1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of The Retrouvailles’ website ("the Website") and the purchase of tickets for public and private art events ("the Events") organized by The Retrouvailles ("the Company").

2. Ticket Sales

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Deposits for private or corporate events are also non-refundable.

• No exchanges or refunds will be made under any circumstance.

• We offer special rates for students; however, to be eligible, students must present valid proof of enrollment at the time of the event. Without such documentation, they will unfortunately be required to pay the full standard ticket price on site.

3. Age Requirements

• All attendees must be at least 15 years old to participate in regular events, except for events that explicitly state a higher minimum age requirement.

• Attendees aged 12 and above may participate in all our events when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

• Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 and above, upon presentation of a valid photo ID.

• If no ID is presented, the participant will be considered under 18 and will not be served alcohol.

• For events specifically designed for children, participants must fall within the age range indicated for the event and must be accompanied at all times by a parent, legal guardian, or a responsible adult entrusted with their care during the event.

4. Liability

• The Company is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the Events.

• Participation is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

5. Event Modifications

• The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any Event at its discretion.

• In case of cancellation, participants will be notified, and refunds will be issued only if applicable.

6. Refunds & Rescheduling

• We do not issue any refunds.

• If a participant is unable to attend a public event, rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, artwork, text, visuals, etc.) on the Website is the intellectual property of The Retrouvailles and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

• Personal information collected during the booking process is used strictly for communication and service delivery purposes.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

• Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Luxembourgish courts.
